Sarah Dilt's Farm Park

Location: 19 Buchanan Road

Hours: Dawn to dusk, or as otherwise posted

Parking: Park only in the designated areas. Please drive slowly (<15 mph) and exercise extreme caution when children are present.

Usage:
All facilities are open to the public if not already in use for Delaware Township/DTS/DTAA sponsored games and tournaments or if already rented.

A “Sarah Dilt’s Farm Park Application and Agreement for Use of Grounds and Facilities” form needs to be submitted in order to reserve any of the facilities; including the fire pit (“Fire Pit Rules and Regulation” form is also required).

The Township maintains the restrooms from April 15th through November 15th. A port-a-potty is available for use the remainder of the year.

No alcoholic beverages permitted. No smoking or vaping permitted.

(1) Makara Field (located by soccer field D; this field is used for soccer practices)
(2) Tennis courts
(1) Volleyball court (poles are there; but there is no net or lines)
(1) Basketball court
(1) Bocce court
(1) Playground
(1) Skating lot (for roller skating, in-line skating, skate hockey, skateboarding)
Walking paths; approximately 1 mile gravel walking path (not ADA-compliant) with two benches along path
Mowed walking path in hay field; approximately 1 mile dirt/grass path (former Reemer property located along east side of park)
(1) Fire pit with seating (“Fire Pit Rules and Regulation” form needed; bring your own wood)
(1) Pollinator garden
(1) Pavilion with picnic tables (special permit needed for groups of more than 20)
(1) Concession stand (aka Snack Shack; open during games)
Restroom/Port-a-potty
Trash and recycling cans
Water fountain for filling bottles
Dogs permitted; only on leash; must clean up after your dog (dog bag receptacles are located along the walking path but bring your own bags in case they are empty)
Bicycles permitted; but not on any playing fields
Camping (must get special permit from the Township Committee)
