No dogs, except any guide, service and/or working dog in use pursuant to the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, are allowed in the Delaware Township Municipal Building.
Added/Omitted tax bills will be mailed in October 2016, the 4th 1/4 payment will be due November 1, 2016. This bill is for new construction and improvements to existing homes.
If you received an added/omitted bill you must pay it in addition to the annual bill that was mailed in July. You must continue to add the bills together for the February and May 2017 quarters..

Resident Tax Information
The 2014 Homestead Benefit Credits have been applied to the May 2017 tax quarter. Adjusted bills for May quarter ONLY were mailed out March 2017.
Only residents who were entitled to this benefit will get adjusted bills. Thank you.

Effective January 1, 2017 the fee to license a spayed/neutered dog will be $11.00 each.
The fee to license an un-spayed/un-neutered dog will be $14.00 each. The fee for cats per household will increase to $10.00. Board of Health Ordinance

If you would like to live in a rural area of Hunterdon County and enjoy the rewards of country living, consider living in an Affordable Unit at The Hamlet in Delaware Township. A two bedroom unit will be available on February 15, 2017 at the Hamlet in Sergeantsville, NJ. Water, sewer, association fees and garbage fees are all included in the rent. Qualified applicants under the State of New Jersey Fair Share Low-Moderate Income Program may apply. All applicants must meet the NJ Council of Housing requirements and must qualify on the basis of their gross annual income as it relates to the size of the household.
Anyone interested in applying should call 609-397-3240, ext. 208 or log onto www.delawaretwpnj.org to receive an application, under the forms and permit section; or the application may be picked up in person at the Delaware Township Municipal building, 570 Rosemont Ringoes Road, Sergeantsville, NJ. Additional information will be included in the application. Applications will be certified on a first-come, first serve basis.
